Job summary
Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience. You will meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations and omni-channel selling. This role blends luxury service with teamwork to drive brand loyalty and revenue.
The position requires at least 1 year in luxury retail and strong English skills. You will use POS systems, assist customers, and participate in brand initiatives and trainings to support growth.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
- Experience with POS operation and mobile devices.
- Strong English proficiency.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).
- Luxury retail background and clienteling skills.
Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as brand ambassador and adhere to style standards.
- Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
- Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms.
- Develop personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
- Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
- Maintain floor and stockroom organization and execute daily tasks.
- Support inventory and merchandising processes.
