Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience or relevant customer-related experience.
• Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial targets.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to develop opportunities and maintain client relationships while ensuring brand recognition in the market.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Coach, guide, and support sales and/or operations to deliver exceptional client experiences and meet profitability targets.
• Lead with service excellence and partner with Store Director to run the store effectively.
