Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Team Manager in Palm Beach Worth Ave to lead sales, operations, and security in a luxury retail environment. You will mentor staff, strengthen client relationships, and ensure an elevated Tiffany experience.

You’ll also oversee the store when the Director is away, acting as a guest experience mentor and coach to drive performance. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in luxury retail management, a track record of sales leadership, and flexibility to work non-traditional

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience or relevant customer-related experience (e.g., hospitality).
• Proven track record in sales generation and meeting/exceeding targets.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proven ability to develop opportunities and maintain client relationships while ensuring brand recognition in market.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint and POS systems.
• Flexibility to work in various roles (sales floor, operations, etc.).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States or the country of posting.

• Deepen client relationships to achieve sales targets and relevant KPIs.
• Motivate and manage the team to consistently hit store sales goals.
• Lead on-floor client development and mentor staff to elevate service standards.
• Drive business through core product pillars and store KPIs.
