Tiffany & Co. seeks a Team Manager in Philadelphia to lead sales, operations and guest experiences. You will oversee the store in the Director’s absence, coach a high-performing team, and drive client development while upholding Tiffany’s unmatched standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience (or relevant customer-related experience).
• Proven track record in sales generation and meeting commercial results.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Coach, guide and support the sales and/or operations of a Tiffany store to meet or exceed targets.
• Lead the team to deliver exceptional Tiffany client experiences and partner with the Store Director.
• Cultivate an entrepreneurial, creative mindset and uphold Tiffany values.
• Deepen client relationships to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Motivate the team to consistently achieve store targets and develop new clients.
• Provide management presence on the sales floor and ensure Tiffany experience is delivered.
