Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience, or relevant customer-related experience.
• Demonstrated success generating sales and achieving sales results.
• Ability to develop opportunities and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, client tracking systems, and point-of-sale systems.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours and across sales-floor and operational roles.
• A college degree and graduate gemologist degree or GIA coursework are preferred.
