Tumi is seeking an Associate Manager to join our Retail team in Corte Madera, CA. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional client experience that reflects the TUMI brand while driving sales and nurturing client relationships.

The ideal candidate brings a passion for luxury lifestyle markets and a collaborative, growth‑oriented mindset. What you’ll do includes achieving personal and store KPIs, leading initiatives, coaching peers, and ensuring a superior visual and client experience.

Qualifications

• Experience meeting sales goals and KPIs in retail.
• Ability to coach and develop store staff.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store sales and KPI targets (conversion, DPT, UPT, client data).
• Demonstrate initiative, plan effectively, and drive positive change.
• Lead by example and manage time to meet deadlines.
• Train and develop teammates through coaching and roleplay; support store manager goals.
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and ethically with colleagues and customers.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and client experience across the store.
