Job summary

TUMI is seeking an Associate Manager for our Retail team. You will create a premium client experience, build strong client relationships, and drive sales through outstanding service in a luxury environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and training of store associates, with a focus on achieving sales targets and maintaining visual standards consistent with the TUMI brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or high-end brand preferred.
• Strong sales skills and KPI achievement.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, holidays.
• Able to lift/move up to 30 pounds.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Create a premium client experience reflecting the brand ethos.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and drive sales through outstanding service.
• Lead, coach, and develop store associates; contribute to training.
