Qualifications

• Understand the TUMI brand and have true passion for the lifestyle, clients, and product assortment.
• Strong sales and client experience, preferably in the luxury market.
• Proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving KPI’s.
• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays as needed.
• Strong integrity and ability to lead by example.
• Strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics (conversion, DPT, UPT, Client Data Capture).
• Display initiative, plan and prioritize, think strategically, and champion change.
• Take responsibility for performance and complete all tasks on time.
• Train and develop others through roleplay and coaching; support Store Manager with quarterly development goals.
• Provide coaching and feedback; welcome feedback from supervisors, peers and team.
• Communicate effectively in writing and speech; adapt communications to audience.
• Maintain compliance with policies and payroll processes; manage timecards and payroll accuracy.
• Ensure store follows visual guidelines and delivers a superior client experience.
