Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years of luxury retail experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Experience with POS and general software.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Store Manager in coordinating daily store operations and staff.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, check in merchandise, and prepare deposits as required.
• Supervise sales transactions and adhere to cash protection and POS procedures.
• Engage customers to promote and sell products, build relationships, and drive repeat business.
• Merchandise the sales floor, maintain a clientele book, and motivate sales associates to meet objectives.
