Job summary

Brahmin Leather Works seeks a Part-Time Key Holder in Atlanta to drive store success through ownership of sales goals and exceptional service. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to coach a showroom team and recruit strong performers, while delivering the luxury Brahmin experience to clients.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of retail experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a dedicated sales team to achieve daily and store-wide sales targets.
• Deliver an elevated luxury customer experience and maintain brand standards.
• Execute visual merchandising directions and ensure store presentation aligns with brand.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop talent to maintain a high-performing team.
• Manage store operations including scheduling, training, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Support store leadership in driving revenue through proactive clienteling and events.
