Job summary

Brobston Group seeks a Team Manager in New York to support the Store Director in driving sales and delivering exceptional client experiences. This role leads sales performance and client relationship management for the department while supporting visual standards, store operations, and stockroom efficiency.

You will coach and develop sales associates, monitor performance, and coordinate with stock, alterations, and guest services to uphold the brand presentation and elevated service.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead and coach a retail sales team (≤140 chars).
• Strong sales analysis, client relationship management, and business development skills (≤140 chars).
• Ability to deliver elevated customer service and uphold luxury brand standards (≤140 chars).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across store teams and leadership (≤140 chars).

Responsibilities

• Drive department sales, KPIs, and business plans through performance analysis and market awareness.
• Build client relationships, grow the guest database, support CRM initiatives, and deliver personalized service in store and through events.
• Lead, coach, and develop sales associates, monitor performance, and support recruitment and reviews.
• Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain the brand image and presentation of the department.
• Oversee store procedures, security and loss-prevention practices, and coordination with guest service, stock, and alterations teams.
• Support stockroom organization, inventory oversight, and product care in partnership with the Store Director.
