Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury retail or premium brands is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and navigate a retail floor.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPI metrics.
• Lead, coach, and develop store associates to drive performance.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling, payroll, and training initiatives.
• Maintain visual merchandising and client experience to reflect the brand ethos.
