Job summary

TUMI is seeking an Associate Manager in our retail team who will create a client experience that reflects the brand ethos while building and maintaining strong client relationships and driving sales through outstanding service. The ideal candidate has a passion for luxury brands and travel, a proven record of meeting sales goals and KPIs, and the initiative to lead by example.

You will mentor associates, deliver training, maintain visual merchandising standards, and collaborate to grow the brand

Qualifications

• Proven ability to meet sales goals and KPIs.
• Strong client service mindset with luxury brand affinity.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop store associates; support Store Manager.
• Maintain visual merchandising and client experience standards.
