Richemont North America is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager, Retail – West to lead boutique recruitment and build a strong candidate pipeline across West Coast markets. You will partner with Hiring Managers, HRBP, and AVP of Talent to execute recruitment strategies for Maison and function.

Responsibilities include screening, interviewing, shortlisting, employer branding, and managing relationships with external agencies.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in retail recruitment at the boutique level.
• Ability to manage a high requisition count (20+).
• Proficiency with ATS, social media, and digital platforms.

Responsabilités

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define vacancies and interview cadences.
• Interview candidates against competencies and build a diverse shortlist.
• Develop recruitment strategies and provide market feedback to leaders.
• Maintain high-touch candidate experience and partnerships with external agencies.
