Job summary

Kate Spade New York is seeking a Supervisor to lead a high-energy luxury retail sales floor. You will drive sales, coach a team, and manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory integrity while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role (luxury/premium or comparable retail).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard office tools; omni-channel familiarity preferred.
• Social media literacy and clienteling system experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal sales performance and lead the team to meet KPI targets.
• Coach and develop team members; participate in recruitment and onboarding.
• Perform opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and POS transactions.
• Maintain inventory, stockroom organization, and timely replenishment.
• Drive omni-channel and live selling initiatives, including client outreach.
• Foster an inclusive, high-energy service culture aligned with brand standards.
