Kate Spade New York is seeking a Supervisor to support store leadership in a high-energy, customer-first environment. You will lead by example on the sales floor and mentor the team to deliver exceptional service, selling behaviors, and operational excellence.

In this role you will drive store productivity and KPIs, build client relationships, manage openings and closings, and partner with Omni-Channel initiatives to grow loyalty and repeat business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail service with management or floor leadership.
• Luxury/premium or comparable retail preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and KPIs; coach and lead the team on service.
• Build client relationships and ensure exceptional in-store experiences.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and POS accuracy.
• Direct inventory transfers, replenishment, and stockroom organization.
• Lead omni-channel initiatives and live selling opportunities.
