Kate Spade New York in Rosemont, IL is seeking a Supervisor I to lead a high-energy fashion environment and drive sales through coaching and client development. You will set the tone on the floor, elevate service, and ensure brand standards while managing opening/closing, POS, and inventory with precision.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of retail leadership, strong Excel/Office skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering luxurious customer experiences.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to multi-task and prioritize.
• Comfort with omni-channel/virtual selling tools and clienteling systems.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales and KPI targets by leading the team and analyzing metrics.
• Build client relationships and proactive outreach for VIP retention.
• Model service behaviors and elevate in-store experiences.
• Coach recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development of the team.
• Open/close procedures: cash handling, bank deposits, POS operations.
• Maintain organized stockroom and oversee inventory replenishment.
• Drive omni-channel initiatives including live-stream shopping and digital engagement.
