Kate Spade New York, part of the Tapestry portfolio, seeks a Supervisor to lead a high-energy, customer-first sales floor. You will drive store productivity, coach staff, and elevate service, while maintaining operational excellence in a luxury setting.

You will build client relationships, manage POS and inventory, and push omni-channel initiatives including live shopping. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and detail orientation.
• Experience in a luxury/premium or comparable retail leadership role.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff on the sales floor.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Social media literacy and understanding of platform trends.
• Comfort with omni-channel/virtual selling tools and clienteling systems.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales performance and KPI targets; analyze metrics to improve results.
• Lead and coach team; involvement in recruitment, onboarding and training.
• Foster client relationships and VIP retention; oversee service standards.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Manage stockroom and inventory; support replenishment on the floor.
• Promote omni-channel and live selling initiatives.
