Kate Spade New York is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead a luxury retail team in delivering exceptional service and driving sales across on-site channels. You will coach staff, manage recruitment, and ensure operational excellence while maintaining brand standards on the sales floor.

The role focuses on building client relationships, executing omni-channel initiatives, and promoting a high-energy, inclusive team culture in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Social media literacy and understanding of platform trends.
• Comfort with omni-channel/virtual selling tools and clienteling systems.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and KPI targets while leading the team; analyze metrics and implement best practices to improve results and efficiency.
• Build client relationships through proactive outreach and restore VIP retention; uphold kate spade service standards.
• Coach team on goals and performance; support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development.
• Perform and supervise opening/closing procedures: cash handling, bank deposits, register operations, and security.
• Drive omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives, including live-stream shopping and data capture to grow loyalty.
