Qualifications

• Understand the TUMI brand and have true passion for the lifestyle, clients, and product assortment.
• Value a collaborative environment and have an openness to feedback.
• Retail team must stand, move, lift up to 30 pounds, and use a ladder to complete duties.
• Strong sales and client experience, preferably in luxury.
• Ability to meet sales goals and KPI targets.
• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture.
• Display initiative, plan and prioritize, think strategically, and champion change.
• Train and develop store associates through coaching and roleplay; support Store Manager’s development goals.
• Coach and provide feedback; use company tools to foster a 360-degree coaching culture.
• Communicate effectively, maintain ethical conduct, and collaborate with the team.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and adherence to all policies; maintain training programs.
