The role emphasizes leadership, training, and a proactive approach to meeting store goals while maintaining top-tier client satisfaction and brand standards in a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the TUMI brand and passion for luxury lifestyle.
• Ability to work collaboratively and take feedback.
• Ability to lift/move goods up to 30 pounds and use ladders when needed.
• Proven track record of strong sales and meeting KPI targets.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, mornings and holidays.
• Demonstrates integrity and leads by example.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
