Job summary

TUMI is seeking an Associate Manager for our Retail team to deliver a premium client experience that reflects the brand ethos. You will build and maintain strong client relationships while driving sales through outstanding service, with opportunities for growth as the brand expands.

A luxury retail background and a proven track record in meeting sales goals are essential. The role requires initiative, strong communication, and the ability to train and coach store staff.

Qualifications

Strong sales and client experience, preferably in the luxury market.
Proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving KPI’s.
Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Meet and exceed store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics.
Display initiative, plan and prioritize; champion change.
Train and develop store associates; conduct quarterly goal setting.
Coach and give feedback; build a 360-degree coaching culture.
Communicate effectively; maintain ethical conduct and customer focus.
Ensure payroll accuracy via timecards and maintain training records.
