Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Branch Security Officer to oversee daily security and back-of-house operations, protecting assets and supporting store performance while delivering an exceptional client experience. You will partner with senior security and store management to implement controls, respond to incidents, and assist with facilities tasks in a luxury retail setting.

Qualifications

High school graduate.
Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Experience in a retail or security environment preferred.
At least 1 year prior experience in a security related position preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide security and operations support to drive sales and service.
Partner with senior security and management to deter theft and report missing assets.
Respond to emergency situations and follow incident management procedures.
Ensure adherence to security systems through inspections, alarm tests, and key access controls.
Carry out opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs.
Cover back of house operations and controls.
Deliver a positive client experience and act as a brand ambassador.
Implement hospitality processes and act on client feedback and NPS scores.
