Job summary

Brobston Group LLC seeks a Branch Security Officer to maintain a safe environment for clients and employees while serving as a store ambassador. You will support sales and operations through security controls, opening/closing procedures, and emergency response.

The role involves daily security inspections, equipment tests, and assisting with back-of-house operations, with a focus on exceptional customer interactions on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to complete required reports and inspections.
• Availability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deter theft through visible presence and adherence to security procedures.
• Report missing assets and incidents to management and assist with incident management.
• Perform daily security inspections, alarm and equipment tests, and access control reporting.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and facilities maintenance coordination.
• Provide Tiffany ambassador-level customer interactions on the sales floor.
