Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Branch Security Officer to maintain a safe environment for customers and staff at a retail location. You will deter theft, support store operations, and serve as the first point of contact while representing the brand.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Authorization to work in the United States is required; prior retail or security experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.

• Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: experience in retail or security.
• Preferred: 1 year in a security-related position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure environment for customers and staff and deter theft through a visible security presence.
• Serve as ambassador and first point of contact, supporting client engagement and store hospitality.
• Support store sales efforts by deepening client relationships and executing store operations that contribute to sales plans.
• Implement security controls and incident management procedures, including reporting missing assets and responding to emergency situations.
• Perform daily inspections, alarm tests, key access management, and other security equipment checks and report submissions.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs and coordination with the store team.
