Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Branch Security Officer to provide in-store security and operations support, protecting assets and enhancing the client experience. You will work with store management and the central security team to implement procedures, respond to incidents, and maintain security systems.

The role also includes opening/closing duties and coordination of facilities, with a focus on deterring theft and delivering service that aligns with the brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to complete security documentation.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: 1 year prior experience in a security or retail security role.

Responsibilities

• Provide security and operations support to deter theft, respond to emergencies, and implement incident management procedures.
• Conduct daily inspections, alarm tests, key access control, and security equipment checks; submit required reports.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and assist with back-of-house operations and facilities repairs coordination.
• Partner with the Senior Security Officer and store management on investigations and loss-prevention initiatives.
• Deliver exceptional client service and act as a brand ambassador to support sales and the customer experience.
