Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or related field.
• Luxury retail or hospitality experience preferred.
• Proven leadership with coaching abilities.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and oversight to on-site security personnel to ensure optimal deployment and floor coverage.
• Lead by example, uphold professionalism, and enforce security protocols and procedures.
• Coordinate and deliver security training programs, onboarding, and refresher sessions for staff.
• Oversee incident response, access control, and CCTV monitoring; maintain incident documentation.
• Collaborate with Retail, Operations, Hospitality, and external partners to ensure a secure client experience.
• Identify vulnerabilities, recommend mitigations, and contribute to emergency preparedness planning.
