Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Branch Security Officer to maintain a safe, secure environment for clients and employees while acting as a brand ambassador. The role supports store operations, including opening and closing procedures, back-of-house controls, and incident response coordination.

You will monitor floors, deter theft, greet customers, assist with opening/closing, test alarms, report incidents, and support facilities tasks to keep the store ready for business.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience in a retail/security environment (preferred).
• 1 year prior security-related experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Monitor the sales floor and back-of-house to deter theft and ensure safety.
• Serve as first point of contact and represent the brand in customer interactions.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures, key access, alarm tests, and daily inspections.
• Coordinate with management to report missing assets and respond to incidents.
• Support store operations and facilities repairs to keep the store ready.
