Qualifications

1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury retail.
Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
Familiarity with cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, Internet).
Ability to read price/product release sheets.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
Serve as a brand ambassador; support social media engagement.
Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards.
Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
Manage stock levels, replenish floor, and update visuals.
Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
