Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate at our Mashantucket, CT store to deliver warm, personalized service at the cash wrap and maintain a pristine sales floor. You will assist with shipments, stockroom organization, and customer engagement to support the store’s success.

The role requires retail experience, fashion awareness, and basic tech skills to operate POS, iPad, and Mobile POS. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to uphold brand standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ retail experience preferred in luxury or premium environments.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Familiarity with cash register systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media in compliance with policy.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and update visual merchandising as needed.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests; collaborate with team and management.
