Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to join our luxury team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will warmly welcome clients, provide personalized assistance, and help maintain a pristine sales floor while supporting product flow from receipt to point of sale.

As a brand ambassador, you will assist with social media engagement, process transactions accurately, and help with stock organization and merchandising updates. Strong English and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competition.
• Experience with cash registers and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately; maintain cash wrap organization and handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products and gift cards; capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels and replenish sales floor; execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
