Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, ideally in luxury or fashion
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
• Familiarity with cash handling and POS operations
• Proficient with basic computer tasks and store tech (iPad, laptops)
• Strong communication skills and customer service focus
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Solid English language proficiency

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide personalized assistance
• Serve as brand ambassador and support local market engagement
• Operate POS accurately and manage cash wrap with care
• Promote add-ons, gift cards, and capture customer data where permitted
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; maintain stockroom cleanliness
• Manage stock levels and assist with merchandising updates
• Support sales floor activities and collaborate with team and management
• Maintain housekeeping and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
