Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate in Commerce, CA to assist customers, manage the sales floor, and process transactions with a focus on luxury service. You will help maintain visual merchandising and support stockflow from receipt to POS.

Ideal candidates have retail experience, knowledge of fashion trends, and strong English communication. Flexible schedule and ability to lift up to 50 lbs may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience in luxury or high-end service.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
• Experience with cash registers and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop).

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and perform visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests, and collaborate with team or management.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
