Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate for our California store to welcome clients, process transactions at the POS, and help maintain a well-organized sales floor. You will act as a brand ambassador, support social media engagement, and assist with stock transfers and visual merchandising.

The role requires 1+ year in retail, knowledge of fashion trends, cash handling and basic computer skills. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and peak seasons is essential, with strong English

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury retail
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition
• Familiar with cash registers and basic computer use (iPad/laptop, POS, internet)
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong English language proficiency

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products and capture customer data where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies.
• Manage stock levels, replenish floor, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
• Maintain housekeeping and adhere to loss prevention guidelines.
