Job summary

Coach Reno seeks a Sales Support Associate to join our store. You will welcome clients, provide personalized assistance, operate POS, and help maintain stockrooms.

You’ll participate in stock transfers and visual merchandising to ensure a seamless shopping experience for guests in our Reno location. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of retail experience, strong English communication, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail experience, preferably in luxury environment
• Strong English communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with cash registers, POS systems, and basic computer tasks

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and perform visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests; collaborate with team.
