Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to help drive store success through exceptional service and efficient operations. You will greet clients, manage the register, assist with stock and merchandising, and contribute to a premium shopping experience on the sales floor.

Candidates should have retail experience, strong fashion awareness, and solid communication skills. The role requires flexibility for a busy schedule, including weekends and peak periods, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1+ retail experience (cashier/stock/sales) preferred in luxury environment
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition
• Experience with cash registers and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, POS, Internet)
• Walkie talkie usage and ability to read price/product release sheets
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong English language proficiency (for EU)

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients warmly and provide personalized assistance
• Act as brand ambassador and support social media engagement
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards
• Receive, process and organize shipments and transfers
• Maintain stockroom cleanliness and replenish sales floor
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests
• Follow Loss Prevention guidelines and maintain housekeeping standards
