Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to join our store team. You will welcome clients, assist with purchases at the POS, and help maintain an impeccably organized sales floor. This role supports stock flow from receipt to sale and contributes to visual merchandising updates.

Schedule flexibility is required, including nights, weekends, peak periods, and holidays. Strong English communication and a customer-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably luxury retail service.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and keep stockroom clean.
• Maintain stock levels, replenish floor, and apply visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests with confidence.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
