Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably luxury retail
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of basic POS systems and cash handling procedures

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs
• Serve as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement
• Operate POS accurately and manage cash wrap; maintain stockroom and shelves
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies
• Maintain housekeeping and comply with Loss Prevention guidelines
