You will welcome clients, assist with product questions, process shipments, maintain stockroom cleanliness, and execute visual merchandising updates while supporting a smooth checkout flow and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Familiarity with cash register systems and POS workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication.
• Excellent customer service skills and English proficiency.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies.
• Restock, replenish, and update stockroom and sales floor.
• Support merchandising updates and drive gift card promotions.
• Collaborate with team and management to meet sales goals.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and Loss Prevention guidelines.
