The role involves receiving shipments, managing stock, merchandising updates, and collaborating with the team to meet store objectives while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 1+ of previous retail experience (cashier/stock/sales).
• Knowledge of fashion trends and luxury retail is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organization; multitasking in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Maintain stock levels, replenish floor, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests with confidence.
