Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to ensure store success with warm service, accurate selling, and smooth operations. You’ll help customers at the cash wrap, maintain a pristine sales floor, and assist with stock and shipments.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year retail experience, strong English, knowledge of POS systems, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury environment. This role supports the brand’s commitment to service and visual standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Proficient with cash handling and store systems.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and stand for long periods.

Responsabilités

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media in policy.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and stock transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Maintain stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests with confidence.
