Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards; capture customer info when permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Maintain stock levels and update visual merchandising on the sales floor.
