Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to be the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand in our Rosemont, IL store. You will deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations in a luxury retail setting.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of luxury retail sales, strong English, POS proficiency, and comfort with omnichannel selling. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or equivalent.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and ability to read price sheets.
• Strong English proficiency; clienteling and data acquisition skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations.
• Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups.
• Support inventory management and daily store operations.
