Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate at our Novi, MI location to help drive store success and customer satisfaction. You will greet clients, assist with purchases at the POS, and maintain an organized sales floor with timely stock replenishment.

You will also support merchandising, resemble a brand ambassador in the local market, and assist with shipments, inventory, and daily operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury retail service.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and market competition.
• Familiarity with cash register systems and basic computer use (iPad/laptop, internet).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as brand ambassador in-store and in local market; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and collect customer information where allowed.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests; collaborate with team or management as needed.
