Qualifications

• 1+ year retail experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Know fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Familiarity with cash registers and basic computer tasks.
• Ability to use iPad/laptop and Mobile POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide personalized assistance.
• Represent the brand and engage with local market and social media.
• Operate POS accurately and keep cash wrap organized.
• Suggest add-ons, promote gift cards, capture customer data where allowed.
• Receive and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom.
• Maintain stock levels and perform visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
