Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to join our store team in Locust Grove. You will welcome clients, provide personalized service, and assist on the sales floor to ensure a smooth flow from receipt to sale.

You will operate POS, handle transactions, and maintain stockroom and floor appearance with a proactive, brand-forward approach. The role requires retail experience, strong English communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury setting, with flexible schedule

Competenze

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer use.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Mansioni

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards.
• Receive, process and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies.
• Stock levels management; replenish floor; execute merchandising updates.
• Support floor activities and respond to customer requests with confidence.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and Loss Prevention guidelines.
