Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate in Locust Grove, GA to support store operations, greet customers, and maintain a polished sales floor. You will help manage stock, process transactions at the POS, and ensure a smooth flow from receipt to sale.

The role requires retail experience, strong English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury environment. Training and a collaborative team await.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience (cashier/stock) preferred in luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competition.
• Experience with cash registers, POS systems, and basic computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, handle cash/media per policy.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests; work with team or management as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
