Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury or high-end service.
• Solid knowledge of fashion trends and competitive market.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and offer personalized assistance.
• Act as brand ambassador, support social media engagement when appropriate.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-ons, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Maintain stock levels and perform visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests promptly.
• Uphold housekeeping standards and Loss Prevention guidelines.
