Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate for our Illinois store to welcome clients, operate the POS, and maintain a pristine sales floor. You will process shipments, assist with stock replenishment, and participate in visual merchandising to reflect our brand standards.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year retail experience, strong English communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury environment. Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and peak periods is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends and customer service.
• Ability to operate cash registers and POS systems, and read product sheets.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards; capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and update visual merchandising.
