Vince is seeking a highly motivated Sales Supervisor to lead by selling and elevate every client interaction in our Santa Monica boutique. You will drive personal sales, build a robust client book, and mentor a team to deliver a premium Vince experience.

Strong luxury retail instincts and a genuine passion for the brand are essential. Responsibilities include hitting sales goals, managing clienteling outreach, and maintaining store standards across merchandising, POS, and operations to reflect

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Strong selling instincts and rapport-building
• Deep understanding of brand identity and aesthetic
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations
• Builds deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent to inspire purchasing decisions
• Cultivates and grows a robust client book through proactive outreach (SMS, email, follow-up, referrals)
• Speaks confidently about the Vince aesthetic to drive sales
• Converts walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and consultative selling
• Models best-in-class selling and clienteling on the floor to inspire the team
• Supports store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory and visual standards
